Boarding at Windswept

Windswept Stables offers short term or long term boarding opportunities.

Boarding Includes:

Hay, feed, daily stall cleaning, daily turn out (weather permitting)

use of indoor riding ring (140 X  70)

use of out door  (80 X 200) 

access to trails along power line.

wash stall with hot/cold running water, restroom facilities in barn

Windswept prefers boarders who are:

 responsible horse owners

 non-smokers

 willing to help out around the barn or cover for the owners if needed (paid)

 have a horse that can be used in lessons

 taking lessons

 able to share the use of the facility to allow for programs, lessons, and therapy

*The number of boarders is limited to maintain a cooperative and supportive stable environment. The maximum number of horses in the barn at any one time would be 16

 * Windswept is not a show barn, and our zoning does not permit shows to be held on the premises, however, we do permit individuals to rent the arena for riding during non peak hours, and we will schedule clinics or training opportunties when possible.
